Obituary of Doris Lohnes

Doris Viola Lohnes 88, of Rhodes Corner, Lunenburg County, passed away August 28, 2004 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Whynott Settlement, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Addie (Naugler) Hubley. She is survived by her daughter Dorene (Lawrence) Zwicker, Mahone Bay; sons Roger (Sheila) Lohnes, and James Lohnes, both of Rhodes Corner; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a sister Audrey Crouse, First South. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph K. Lohnes; a son Fred Lohnes; and a brother Warren Hubley. Visitation will be held 7-9pm Monday, funeral service 11am Tuesday both in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Rev. Paul Jensen officiating. Interment will follow in Dayspring Cemetery.
