Obituary of Terence Alexander Healey

HEALEY, Terence Alexander – Terence Alexander Healey “Ter” died suddenly August 1, 2021. He was born at home in Edmonton, AB., March 13, 2000. His life was spent in Quebec, Alberta, Newfoundland and finally Nova Scotia.

 

Youngest of four, Ter approached life with bold purpose and a passion for learning new things. Ter’s bright mind and tenacity earned him many accomplished skills for such a young man. Terence was in his element with people, touching many lives with kindness and a willingness to help, always dappled with wit and humor.

 

Terence is survived by Parents: Keenan Healey and Sarah Burchell, Siblings: Mackallum (Scott), Zachariah (Alex), Fergusson (of Ferg and Ter, the “boys”) (Penny), and his much adored nephew Liam. Grandparents: Terry and Linda Healey; Maureen and Ray Clarke; and Frances Burchell. Closest friends: Nicole, Matt, Seb, and Cloe. Aunts: Kate Allen, Marianne Gianacoupoulos (Micheal), Louise Burchell, Candace Guy (Geoff), and Bethanne Cullin (Steven). Uncles: Thomas Burchell (Alex), Sean Healey (Denise), Peter Burchell (Cindy), and David Burchell. Also survived by numerous cousins, friends, and acquaintances.

 

Terence was predeceased by “Aunty” Suzanne Feece and his grandfather Peter Burchell - Hold him tight Gramps.

 

Terence, you were a gift to us, your light shines bright and you taught us all so much.  Rest easy sweet boy, we all love you. Kettle’s on Ter.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
