Obituary of Jean Marguerite Frelick

FRELICK, Jean Marguerite - 97, of Dayspring, formerly of Mersey Point, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2025, at Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany. She was born in Western Head, Queens Co., a daughter of the late Leander Mosher and Emily (Tarr) Mosher. Mom enjoyed cooking, baking, genealogy, playing games, but mostly spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was a woman of great faith and served in her church in many capacities. Surviving are her seven children, Gloria (Doug) Tupper, Judith MacDonald, Dale (Morag) Frelick, Lee (Debbie) Frelick, Eleanor (Herbert) Seymour, Mary (Shawn) Langley, Andrew (Susan) Frelick; twenty-seven grandchildren; fifty-two great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Wilbert V. Frelick; sister, Agnes, and son-in-law Michael MacDonald.

Funeral service will be held 11a.m., Saturday, March 22, 2025, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 337 Aberdeen Road, Bridgewater. Video link: http://zoom.us/j/93542674545.

 A viewing for family and friends will be from 6 - 8 p.m., Sunday, March 23, at Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York St., Bridgewater.
