To Harry’s family…we are saddened by his passing, but glad that he enjoyed life for such a long time.
Harry will always be remembered for his wicked sense of humour and his good cheer with everyone he met.
He loved his golf and it was always a delight to be in his company on the course.
Harry was the definition of a true gentleman. May he rest in peace.

I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to all my cousins in Nova Scotia and all who loved Harry. My heart ♥️ is broken I wasn’t able to attend my Uncle Harry’s funeral. I was hoping to get to Bridgewater this past summer to spend some time with everyone. I feel blessed, I spent many summers in Bridgewater visiting my family, Nana and Ralph Cook, hanging out on Fancy Lake and back at camp. I have so many great memories I will always cherish with my Uncle Harry. I will treasure 2018 for sure when I stayed with Uncle Harry for a few days, and what a grand time we had! We will all miss you Harry! Your great smile, your charming handsome self and that wit of yours and always making us all laugh. Rest in Peace my beautiful Uncle. Love your niece Janice Jamieson Conway

Harry was an Icon!! We were lucky he was born and stayed in Bridgewater. We received the benefits of his business acumen; his love of and concern for the Town and sampled his magnetic and charismatic personality. He was indeed one in a million!! Condolences from The Toomey family to The Cook Family.

My sincere condolences to Harry's family and friends. I was just thinking of my 'around the corner' friend the other day. As the former Secretary for and friend to Harry during and after his tenure of being Bridgewater's Mayor, he will be remembered for his leadership and friendship to all those who worked with and for him. Always a smile and 'hello, how are you?'

Our sincere condolences to Harry's family who have all lost a wonderful father, grandfather and great grandfather. We met Harry when he and Thelma were married, and we were privileged to visit their home or cottage when Donna, Pierre and Lauren were in NS. There was always lots of laughter, good times, good food, and a "smidge" or two. Harry was the true example of a Gentleman. Rest in peace, Harry. Yours was a life well lived! Joan and Terry

So sorry to hear about your Dad passing. Our condolences to Charles, Tina and families.
We (Gwen, Marcia and Marilyn) had a brief visit with Harry and Thelma in 2017, at Brian's funeral reception. It was nice to see that he was doing well and he chatted with each of us. Your Dad was always good to our Mom, especially after sharing a family tragedy. He was a good man, a great father and a very well respected man in the community. He was so calm and kind when us teenagers showed up at your home on Queen street, making lots of noise, playing music and hanging out in the carport!
Keep those good, family memories close.
With love and sympathy, the Murray girls.
