Obituary of Barbara Louise Lunn

LUNN, Barbara Louise - Age 82, of Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., formerly of Hebbville, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Bridgewater on July 3, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Stanley Hebb Seamone and Violet Isabel (Corkum) Seamone.

Surviving are her children, Kim Lunn (Elizabeth), North River, NL; Stephen (Ann Marie) Lunn, and Michael “Mike” (Debbie) Lunn, all of Conquerall Mills; grandchildren, Alyssa Lunn (Luke Creaser), Morgan Lunn (Rebecca Levy), Garrett Hanley-Lunn and Layney Hanley-Lunn; great-granddaughter, Brynnlee Creaser; sister, Brenda Hopkins, Bridgewater; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Seamone, Liverpool and Gail (David) Hiltz, Dartmouth; and nieces, Karen Snarby, Dawnica Hiltz and Vickie Hiltz; and nephews, Mark Seamone, Jeff Hopkins, Greg Hopkins, Peter Hopkins and Shawn Hiltz.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Larry Victor Lunn; brother, John Seamone.

By personal request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Hebbville Cemetery. No flowers please, donations may be made to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter or South Shore Regional Hospital Foundation.

Special thank you to Dr. Thibodeau for his years of compassion and dedication to Mom and our family; the many EHS paramedics and South Shore Regional Hospital staff who tended to Mom over the past few years, and to Dr. Rob Harris, who displayed such a high level of empathy and professionalism during Mom`s final hours of her life.
