Obituary of Shelby Karl Kaiser

KAISER, Shelby Karl – Age 34, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 18, 2025. Born in Halifax, she was a beloved daughter of Philipp K. Kaiser, New Germany and Rhoda (Cox) Smith, Bridgewater.

Shelby was a former employee of Schoolhouse Gluten-free Gourmet Bakery, Martins Point, Lunenburg County.

Survived by  her mother, Rhoda Cox-Smith, Bridgewater; 

father, Philipp K. Kaiser, and stepmother  Pam Kaiser, New Germany; 

sisters, Michelle Trinh, Alberta; Sasha Kaiser, Bridgewater; 

brothers, Cody (and wife Felicia) Smith, New Brunswick; Christopher Smith, Bridgewater; 

paternal grandparents, Margaret Kaiser, Martins Point, NS and Leslie Kaiser, Quebec; 

nieces, Rylie Smith and Nova Smith; 

Aunt and Uncles Wanda (and uncle Yama) Younis, whom she lived with for a period of time, as well as many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by maternal grandparents, Freeman and Eleanor Cox; 

"aunt” Brenda Shaw, formerly of Martins Point; 

stepfather, Jerry Mahoney (husband of Rhoda).
