Obituary of David Keith Myrden

MYRDEN, David Keith - Age 58, of Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., passed away after a valiant battle with cancer on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late James Allan and Lindsay Clark (Gemmell) Myrden.

David is survived by his loving wife, Opal (Cleveland) Myrden; sisters, Jane (Dave) Barrett, Jennifer Myrden (Neville Parker), Judith (Paul) Myrden; brothers, John and Michael (Debbie) Myrden. He had a special relationship with "man's best friend", Archie, his dog.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, James.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. No flowers please, donations may be made to South Shore Regional Hospital, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
