I am so sorry Judy and family to hear of your great loss. EarlE moved quietly and respectfully amongst his peers, never boasting of his depth of knowledge and always willing to lend it. One of the unsung heroes of respecting and preserving Nova Scotia's heritage.

Judy,
So sorry to hear of Earle's passing. Some great memories of those early Saturday morning drives to Conquerall Banks, sometimes in blizzards, to get to the auction. Always enjoyed Earle's dry sense of humour upon arrival. He will surely be missed. -Jack Craft

To Judy and Family:
I was so, so sorry to hear about Earle, my friend. I have known Earl and Judy for more than forty years. My first meeting with them was at an auction, where I won the bid on some old bottles. Since that time I have made many visits to their shop to find and acquire more bottles for my collection. Earle would always give me great deals and every time that I visited, I would leave with a smile and a laugh and more memories. His unique sense of humor, I deeply appreciated. I will surely miss my visits with Earle and I am proud to have known him as a friend. To my friend Judy and to all of the family, GOD BLESS.

Judy and Family
Barb and I are so saddened to read of Earl's passing. Earl was a great fellow and we are both glad we had a nice visit with the both of you just days before Earl passed. Earl and antiquing in our local area just went hand in hand. I always appreciated the "deals" he gave me over the years as well as all the great information he passed along, Earl was one of a kind and he will be missed!

From Yves (Berube) … when I came to Nova Scotia in 1998, you were the folks who really appreciated and interacted with the audience at auctions You always welcomed me and my little dog Molly. It really felt like a family and we had some great times with both you Judy, and Earle. It was a privilege to be Earle’s friend. The ‘old’ pained glass window he gave me recently, I’ll use well. You will always be in my heart and I will pray for you.
From Yves’s wife, Brenda … although I didn’t know Earle very well, the few times we did speak, and very recently, he made me laugh heartily. Such a joker and tease, I love that in a person and he played it out so very well. I am so sad and heartbroken for Judy and the rest of the family. Judy and Earle fit like a glove, reminding me of myself and Yves, and perhaps why this touches me so. Life always brings changes and sadly none of us are promised tomorrow.
