Obituary of Bryan Warren Schofield

 

SCHOFIELD, Bryan Warren – Age 68, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., died peacefully Tuesday, May 26, 2026; in Ridgewood Assisted Living, where he had been residing. Born in Wolfville, Kings Co., he was a son of the late Victor Allen and Dorothy Jane (McCulley) Schofield.

Bryan was a mechanical designer and general manager in the oceanography sector.

Surviving are his wife, Roberta Edith (Stevens) Schofield, Upper LaHave; daughter, Kayla Joy Schofield (Kyle), Lower Sackville; sons, Jordan Bryan Schofield (Kaitlyn Wamarman), Abbotsford, BC; Robert Victor Schofield (Renée), Milton; Simon Carl Schofield (Gabrielle Henley), Kentville; grandsons, Galileo, Shale and Tate; his sister, Alice Parker, Lower Sackville; several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Alberta Blair, Sylvia Keating; Kathleen and Mirna, both in infancy; brother, Allen Schofield.

Celebration of Life will be held in the Impact Church, 2573 Highway 325, Oak Hill, on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 2pm. Family interment will be in Dayspring Cemetery, Dayspring, following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinsons Society of Nova Scotia, or the Impact Church, Oak Hill.
