Dear Brenda and Marlene. Harry and I want to express our deepest sympathy for your loss of Janice. As you know, Janice and I have been friends for many years and as so many others have said, her smile was her trademark, and her cheerfulness was felt by everyone around her. I have so many good memories of time spent with her- shopping, travelling or just being together at your home, or when you visited me in N B. I always admired her gentle, childlike spirit, and I am so thankful she finished the race of life with honour. She will not be forgotten. Whenever we think of Janice, we remember her by her smile. That reminds me of the sticker I have on the back of my half ton truck which says: SMILE, it confuses people. Smiles are rare in this day and age. She will be missed but not forgotten.

Janice will be sorely missed by us all! Everytime she came to visit, she always had a "smile" on her face. She was such a kindhearted person and would go out of her way to do anything for you!

I can truly say that Janice was a wonderful example of love, patience and just a bubbly personality. She would tell us how much she loved chocolate ,

Janice was a caring loving person to who all knew her and I had the honors to have her in my life and I cherish it very much . We had a lot of chats over the years so good some was sad . Now you have your wings and your halo now you can fly with the rest of the angels.

Dear Brenda and Marleen,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your sister, Janice. I fondly remember my first day at Family and Children’s Services when Janice welcomed and greeted me with a big smile. Janice was a very dedicated and efficient administrative and executive support person who took great pride in her work. On the lighter side, she would often remind me about her love for chocolate and display her giant eraser for those “ big mistakes”

I had the pleasure of getting to know Janice whether it was her visits at work after she retired or an occasional meeting at a grocery store. Janice always had a smile, a heart warming conversation.
The memories people at work shared of her over the years were some to treasure fondly.

Janice was so incredibly supportive of our family when we arrived in Bridgewater for Randy to take on the position of Executive Director at Family and Children’s Services in 1996. She introduced us to her famous Ice Cream Cake which I think I have probably made dozens of times since! I always give her credit. I also remember her always being impeccably dressed! May she rest in peace.

I am saddened to read of Janice's passing. I met her when we travelled to school on the same bus many years ago. She was always so pleasant,and had a big smile. We chatted for a few minutes every time we seen each other. She was always the same. Heaven will welcome you Janice, you will be reunited with many family members and you childhood friend Marsha. Brenda I am so sorry to hear that Janice has passed away! You were devoted to her and i know that she was so fortunate to have you caring for her at home.
I am not going to be here this coming week as i am leaving Sunday to see my father but i am certainly going to be watching the service and know that I am there in spirit.
There will never be another Janice! She was a special person who will never be forgotten!
