Ann and Family:
So many memories of our association and warm friendship. Truly a good friend. We met at the YMCA in Windsor, starting out on the road of life as we were to attend the Ford Trade School. The first two chaps I met that Saturday in August 1956 were Tom MacPherson and Ken Fleet. Tom became the best man at my wedding and my first son is named Ken after a sterling gentleman. He will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. My deepest condolences.

Although the distance made our family gatherings all too few, I cherish the memories of your visits to mom and dad's at the lake. The marathon gin games, raking leaves, walking the dogs and family dinners at the dining room table. Joan and I are so thankful we made it down to visit you last summer. You were so cheerful and upbeat even though your health was failing you never complained. What courage!!! You have the skip, third and second. You're going to have to play shorthanded for a while but save room for the lead. I love you brother.

We were so saddened to hear of Uncle Ken's passing. We know the last five years were very challenging, but heard he handled everything with grace and dignity, and a sense of humour. We treasure our memories growing up and all the fun times we had in Sarnia at the Beach, Leckie Reunions, and our wonderful Fleet Christmas gatherings. Our condolences to Ann, Brad and Tina, and Bill. Ron and Marj, and Bruce now have a fourth for Euchre! Take Care everyone!

We are vary sorry to learn of Ken's passing. Ken and I were colleagues at Michelin in France and in Bridgewater for 10 years. We regret that we had lost contact over the years, but still have fond memories. We lived across the LaHave River from each other, stopped in sometimes. We once rescued three boys from an overturned canoe approaching from opposite directions. He was a strong leader. I liked him.

Dear Anne and family -
We were very sorry to learn of Ken's passing. We know he has not been in good health for sometime but it is still difficult when the end arrives.
We have known both you and Ken for such a long time. The years slip past so quickly.
I always enjoyed my conversations with Ken when he would come out to Crooked Lake for bridge night. He had a great outlook on life.
I also remember Ken arriving to our home with some necessary equipment after I had my hip surgery. It was very kind of him to think of me and my needs.
We are thinking of you and the family during this sad time and we send along our condolences.
Our prayers are with you.
