Obituary of Dorothy Evelyn Dauphinee

DAUPHINEE, Dorothy Evelyn – Age 91 of Lower Northfield, Lunenburg Co., died Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in Harbour View Haven Nursing Home, Lunenburg, where she has been residing. Born in Back Cornwall, she was the daughter of the late James Albert and Matilda (Naas) Aulenback.Surviving are her daughter, Merna Rhodenizer, Auburndale; sons, Moyle and Kenneth (Sandra), all of Lower Northfield; Bruce (Shirley), Farmville; grandchildren, Ervin (Kelly) Rhodenizer, Denise Dauphinee, Devon Dauphinee,(Krystal); great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Meghan and Mason Crouse, Allana Dauphinee, and Haysten and Havannah Dauphinee; sisters, Ruth Sawler, Blanche Mosher, Jean Eisnor and Marie Carver; numerous nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by her husband, Evans Dauphinee; brother, Gordon Aulenback; sisters, May Eisnor, Jennifer Wagner, Irene Thompson, Bertha Thompson and Christine and Mildred, both in infancy; grand-daughter, Karen Rhodenizer-Crouse; son-in-law, Moyle Rhodenizer. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m., in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service 2 p.m., Friday, July 21 in St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, West Northfield. Rev.Mellanie Cohoon officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, West Northfield. Family flowers only, donations may be made to Maple Grove Cemetery, St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Harbour View Haven Nursing Home or charity of choice.
