We send along our sincere sympathy. We were saddened to learn of David's death. He was certainly one of the good ones. We always enjoyed seeing both of you, regardless of the occasion. Oftentimes we would simply chance to meet at one restaurant or another. We could be always assured of being greeted by David's lovely smile.
