My deepest condolences for the family. It was a shock when I learned of his passing and I did not want to believe it. Even as poor as my memory is, Terry is one friend I will never forget. I am so sorry this happened and you will be greatly missed until we meet again.

Dear Elizabeth and family, please accept our heartfelt and sincere condolences with the passing of Terry. We were shocked to hear this tragic news. Terry was a wonderful man and a good friend. He was always there with a positive outlook and a smile. He could throw a dart like Robin Hood could shoot an arrow and was a guru with a mechanics wrench. We will miss him very much. The world needed more people like you in it Terry, for you have touched the hearts and souls of many. Even though a few years had past, you seemingly had not changed at all when we met again last year. I am so glad you were there for my daughters wedding. Terry used to buy a shampoo from me all the time, from Avon, and always joked about me making wine in my basement (he knew I didn't drink)when I would bring him his order. He would say, "Is that my wine in that bag? When are you going to bring me in a sample? He was a great guy and he will be missed. He always made me laugh.

Terry was always ready with a smile and kind word. We went to school together and worked together as well as being neighbors. My condolences to the whole family, Terry was an amazing friend and a big part of me over the last 17 years. His heart was made of gold and a better friend I could never find. You and Elizabeth helped me through one of the worst times of my life and I am forever grateful for you both. My mind wonders today on all those special moments we shared. The kindness you showed my daughter and the great friend you were to her, the New Year's eve that you and Elizabeth would not let me spend alone after knowing what I went through in 2010, you helped me find my way and made me bring in the New Year with you both. And none of us in our TD family will ever forget the time you told the client to take his $3.45 and go buy a Happy Meal. Let's not forget the long running joke you had with my daughter and Melissa had about finding a virgin. You were truly loved my friend and we will definitely miss your sense of humor and the love you showed us all. We are so very very sorry to hear of this tragedy. It just does not seem possible that it happened. We just never know the time or the hour.
We hope that you find comfort that he is not suffering or in pain but he is at rest.
It certainly will take time for you to adjust, but reach out to others when you need someone. Keep your memories of Terry close to your heart.
