Obituary of Adah "Marie" Bollivar

Bollivar, Adah “Marie” -Age 93 of Middlewood, passed away on April 22 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Middlewood on December 29, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Mabel (Gaetz) Jayne. She is survived by her children, Sharon (Stan) Rafuse, Heather Anthony, Blair, Ian (Cathy) and Dale (Kelly); grandchildren, Mark, Leslie (Tim), Karen, Stephen (Becky), Matthew, Christopher, Jenny, Benjamin and Jeffery; Nanny great to Simon, Noah, Sophia, Abigail and Memphis; brother, Holly (Marguerite); sisters, Doris Langille, Lyndell (Paul) MacDonald; brother-in-law, Judson Bollivar; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Burton Bollivar; infant son, Barry William; daughter, Sheila Marie Litt; sister, Cevilla Racioppa.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 26 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York St. Bridgewater, with a visitation at 10 a.m., Pastor Paul Jensen officiating. Burial to follow in Calvary Lutheran Cemetery, Middlewood. Donations in Marie’s memory may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, Middlewood.
