Just writing to send our condolences on the loss of Marshall. We only knew him for a short time, as he and our Dad, Alfred ,shared a table at Rosedale. He was very kind and did his best to help Dad settle in. He loved to laugh and had a wonderful smile. We will all miss him.

Our sincere sympathy to all the family in the loss of your loved one. I enjoyed my visits with both Esther and Marshall at the Home and just two weeks ago he sang the hymns at the Church service. Love and hugs to all.

My sincere condolences. Both Marchall & Esther will be missed. Admired how they endured their changed circumstances yet maintained their dry humour. If Kathy or Kevin ever need anything, please drop me a line anytime.

Kevin and Karen and families,
Pauline and I send our sincere condolences on learning of your dad's passing. It seems not very long ago when the Clevelands were all on Willow street, but of course it was long ago. I wish there were more I could say but we hope you take comfort in good memories.

Hello Kevin and Kathy. A loooooong time ago I worked at Canada Packers in Truro with your Dad. I have so many fond memories of him and your Mom as well because I spent a fair bit of time in your home on Willow Street! My father when he first began the business of hauling feed for Shur Gain parked his tent trailer in your door yard and spent the nights in that until one night a big wind came up and blew the trailer apart! I think he may have stayed in your house after that. When my mom told me she had read the obit this morning I was flooded with memories: of how your father loved to cook, of the gorgeous carpet he and your Mom ordered for the living room, of how he quit smoking and saved the money he would have paid for cigs to buy that lovely ring he wore with much pride. I know they each experienced much pain particularly with Krista's death. I wish you both the best at this difficult time. Carolyn
