Tears, always thankful for mornings - (many years ),and the truely kindness expressesd. Hotdog Roasts, music, and the lessons she passed along to all of us kids at the bus stop. To Donna, Todd and Tammy , Tm and Corine and your families. My deepest condolences to you all on Elsie’s passing. I always enjoyed my visits with her and hearing her many stories about her life. She loved all of you so much and was very proud of each and every one of you. She was speaking a lot about your dad on the previous visit and spoke so lovingly about him...I’m sure they are together again. In rememdeance to an amazing life, Auntie Else was the kindest loving soul.
My deepest condolences to the family, Donna, Timmy and Todd and the grandchildren.
I remember many years ago at one of Aunt Elise's family reunions I was talking with about the simpler times in the past, especially Christmas time and how we all would receive and give simple gifts as tokens of love to one another.
I told her that I would give anything to just receive a simple pair of grey woollen socks with the red strip at the top.
As Auntie Elsie is blessed soul, I did receive those socks for many years to follow.
I take comfort in knowing that Auntie Elsie is now with the angels looking down apon us all as we still feel the gift of love she had.
