Obituary of Frank William Hubley

HUBLEY, Franklyn William – age 83 of Bridgewater, passed away Friday, March 2nd, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.  Born in Mahone Bay, He was a son of the late Ford and Pearl Hubley.  Surviving is his partner, Florence Berry; daughters, Trinda May, Heather Hubley; son, Stephen Hubley; sisters, Carolyn Conrad, Maxine Spear; brother, Gerald Hubley; four grandchildren.  Frank was a kind and gentle person who enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by the people that he shared a special bond with.  People would say that he was the best guy you could ever meet.  The family wishes to send a sincere thank you to the staff and nurses at South Shore Regional Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Frank.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York Street, Bridgewater.  There will be no visitation by request.  A private family only graveside service will be held at a later date in Sunnyside Cemetery, Oakhill.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dementia Society of Canada or a charity of choice.  Online condolences and donations may be made by visiting www.sweenysfuneralhome.com.
