It is with profound sadness that his beloved wife, Joanne Jarvis, and best friend of 20 years has to sadly announce the passing of her dear husband Jeffrey Robert Jarvis Sr. on the 23rd of August at the age of 60. He will also be sorely missed by his two kitties, his great sons, Jeffrey Jr, Joshua (Christina); sisters, Lynne Myers (Dave), Cheryl Incorvia (Joe); six nieces and extended family, Christine Shadbolt, Robert Shadbolt, Sam Eldridge, Susan Rafuse, and all their families and friends that he had met along the way. Jeffrey was a member of the “Bills Mafia”. His passion for football was undeniable. “Go Bills” 2023. Jeffrey enjoyed many tee-times in golf courses around the globe. Jeffrey was recognized for 32 years of dedicated service to helping people with developmental disabilities live richer lives. “Those who touch our lives, stay in our hearts forever”.
