SO SORRY TO HEAR THE LOSS OF YOUR SON ITS NEVER EASY LOSING A LOVED ONE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO OUR CHILDREN. HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY PEOPLE WHO KNEW HIM NEAR AND AFAR BUT HE WILL BE YOUR HEART AND WHO THOSE WHO HE HAS TOUCHED IN SO MANY WAYS.
AS WE LOOK UPON THE SKIES THROUGH THE DAY AND SEE THE BIRDS SINGING THEIR SONGS OF JOY AND AS NIGHT FALLS UPON US WE SEE THE STARS SHINING SO BRIGHT WITH A TWINKLE OF A SHIMMERING LIGHT GIVING US A PATH OF THE LIGHT TO OUR JOURNEY WHEREVER IT MAY TAKE US IN THIS WORLD.

We met in such an unconventional way and came from such different walks of life.. But nonetheless, Brett provided me with an unconditional friendship during the darkest time in my life. I am forever grateful for that. He made sure I never felt alone.
He had a kind, genuine heart and a smile that was contagious.
I will always admire his happy-go-lucky, everybody’s-friend, way of life.
Brett: You always told me I gave you tough love and that I was “hard”. But I hope you know, it was all out of love and concern. I just never wanted to see things end up this way.
I will cherish our handful of memories and the unconditional kindness you had given me forever.

Brett was always there for me when I needed someone to talk to. I am lucky to have all the memories we have shared together over the scattered years of our friendship. We went through hard times together but also had great times. Fun times with our children playing together and simple double dates with our partners. Brett was always a friend to me and forever he will be.

Oh the times we would go down to the duck pond ( Chantel, myself, Lisa and Brett) Brett and Lisa would come back soaked to the bone. Summer and winter. No many how many times you were both told to stay away from the water or off the ice. You both would decide to defy that request and end up in the water. Chantel and I would drag you both back home to hear the lecture of Aunt Connie about ending up in the pond. Fly high Brett. ❤️
