Obituary of Carolyn Silver

Carolyn Rhoda Silver 59, of Lower Northfield, Lunenburg County, lost her brave battle with cancer on December 12, 2007 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of Rhoda (Zwicker) (Dauphinee), Bridgewater and the late Albert Dauphinee. She spent the last several years as a dedicated homecare worker with Lunenburg County Homecare. She is survived by her husband Ronald; daughter, Jennifer Silver, Lower Northfield; son, Scott (Laine), St. Johns, NL; grandson, Gage Silver; sisters, Jane Wile, Waverley; Charlotte Dauphinee, Ont.; brother, Bennett (Valerie) Dauphinee, Sackville. She also leaves behind a host of extended family and special friends. Visitation 7 – 9 p.m. today (Friday) in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Andrews Lutheran Church, West Northfield, Rev. Catherine Robar officiating. Private family burial will follow in the Hillside Cemetery, Upper Northfield. Family flowers only.
