Kathleen Fannie Smith 84, North Brookfield, passed away at home, on Thursday, February 9, 2012. Born in Hemford, she was a daughter of the late Shirdy and Lillian (Nowe) Veinot. She is survived by daughters, Diane (Glenwood) Ford, Maitland Bridge; Beverly Connolly, Halifax; Ricky (Donald) Langille), Bridgewater; Charlotte (Jim) Flemming, Laconia; Elizabeth Barry (Sue), Rhodes Corner; Carla (Steve) Malay, Harmony; sons, Larry (Jocelyn); Glen (Jane), all of North Brookfield; sisters, Verlie Johnson; Carol (Bernie) Wile; brother, Royden (Shirley) Veinot. She was predeceased by husband, Basil; sisters, Nina Veinot, Irene Boyd, Beulah Kaulback; brothers, Leo, Russell, Curtis, Donald. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Public graveside service 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 14 in Rosette Cemetery, North Brookfield. Rev. Lloyd Gillieo officiating.
