Obituary of Ivy Kathleen Tumblin

Ivy Kathleen Tumblin 102, of West Dublin passed away peacefully Monday 30 April 2012 in Hillside Pines Home for Special Care, Bridgewater. She was born on Georges Island (LaHave Islands) and was the oldest daughter of the late Joseph and May Bush. Ivy is survived by her sister Mabel (Calvin); daughter in law, Rosalita Tumblin; grandchildren Randal (Debra) Tumblin; Krista (Darrell) Welsh; great grandchildren Megan and Brandon Tumblin. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph; son Moyle; brother Alvin and nephew Rodney. Visitation will be held 7:00 to 9:00 P.M., Wednesday 2 May in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater from where the funeral service will be held 11 Thursday 3 May, Rev Neil McEwen officiating. Burial will follow in Peaceful Hill Cemetery, West Dublin. No flowers by request. Memorial donations in Ivy’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
