Obituary of Reta Margaret Cochrane-Fraser

Reta Margaret Cochrane-Fraser 78, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Cornwall Community Hospital, Cornwall, Ontario. Born in Conquerall Bank, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Annie (Rafuse) Fraser. Surviving are her daughter, Wendy (Fred) Land, Vancouver; son, David Cochrane, Montreal; sisters, Jean Fraser, Conquerall Bank; Betty Garrison, Lunenburg; Marie MacDonald, Saint Catherines, ON; Shirley Gow, Bridgewater; Helen (Ken) Cole, Claresholm, AB; brothers, Ronald (Francis) Fraser, Conquerall Bank; grandchildren, Christopher Lohnes, Jeremy Lohnes, Ryan Cochrane, Cody Land, Jesse Land; great grandchildren, Jayden Lohnes, Zander Lohnes, Brielle Lohnes; 21 nieces and 13 nephews who cared greatly for our mother and many friends. She was predeceased by daughter, Brenda Cochrane; sisters, Barbara Wentzell, Connie Boehner; brothers, Weldon Fraser, Keith Fraser. Visitation, Sunday, February 24 beginning 12 noon with funeral to follow at 2 p.m. in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater with interment in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater.
