Obituary of David Murray Cooper

David Murray Cooper 55 of West LaHave, Lunenburg County, and Koh Sanui Thailand passed away at home in West LaHave on Saturday 2 March 2013. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Murray and Alice (Gates) Cooper He is survived by his wife Jacqueline; sons Mathew (Melody) Cameron, Thailand; Geoffrey (Jessica) Cameron, Ontario; sister Nadine (Stephen) Cooper-Mount, Cole Harbour; grandchildren Jack, Alex and Christopher along with many nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of David s life on Thursday March 7th at 2pm in the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church Hall, Bridgewater. No flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to Sports Nova Scotia Kids Sports Programs of David’s years of coaching. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater.
