Obituary of Carolyn Jean Croft

Carolyn Jean (Selig) Croft 65 of Milton, Queen’s Co. passed away suddenly in her home Monday August 12th 2013. Born in Halifax December 7th 1947, she was the only daughter of the late John and Ruth (Huey) Selig. Living in Bridgewater, till she moved to St. Catharine’s, Ontario at the age of 15, returning to Bridgewater at the age of 39, after the death of her husband Ervin Edward Croft. Left to mourn her passing is her one and only beloved son Steve Croft of St. Catherine’s, Ontario.; her two daughters Shelly Croft (Nelson) of St. Catharine’s, Ontario; Carrie Henley (Brett) of Chelsea; her five grandchildren whom she loved very much, Frank Hoffer, Kimberly Croft (Fred), Sheena Caverhill all of St. Catherine’s, Ontario; Shawna Henderson of Hebbville and Chelsea Henley of Chelsea; one great granddaughter, Fayth Anne Croft of St. Catharine’s Ontario. Her beloved three brothers Michael Selig, Caledonia; Jack Selig, Edmonton, Alberta; Richard Selig (Fern), LeVack, Ontario. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Ervin Croft and her beloved daughter Sherry Anne Croft. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service to be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday 17 August in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, York St., Bridgewater, Pastor Pedro Graca officiating, assisted by Pastor Glen Corkum, followed by an interment in Milton Community Cemetery, Milford St. Milton.
