Obituary of George Albury Feindel

George Albury Feindel 86, New Germany, Lunenburg Co., passed away at home with his family by his side on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Born in New Germany, he was a son of the late Harris and Jennie (Parnell) Feindel. Prior to retirement, George worked for New Germany Fruit Company, Acadia Construction and later as a custodian at New Germany Rural High School. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, branch 102, New Germany; New Germany Volunteer Fire Department and Trinity Lutheran Church, New Germany. George enjoyed attending the various community card parties and also snowmobiling and camping. Surviving are his wife, Ruby (Veinot); brother, Robert, Barss Corner; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother, Max. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 in Trinity Lutheran Church and also where a legion tribute service will take place. Rev. Juanita Barteaux officiating. Private family interment will follow in the church cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
