Obituary of Marion Ruth Hill

Marion Ruth Hill 78 of New Germany passed away in Halifax on Saturday September 21 2013 after a short illness. Born in Simpsons Corner she was a daughter of the late Ira and Verna (Hyson) Snyder. Surviving is her son William Sawaryn, North York, Ontario; Sister Shirley (Ellison) Leary, Simpsons Corner; Brothers Allan (Gail) Snyder; Bryden (Phyllis) Snyder, all in Watford; Roland Snyder, Bridgewater. Grandchildren, Ashley Adlaf, Bradford, Ontario; Michelle Myles, Newmarket Ontario; Fiona Adlaf, Barrington Nova Scotia. Great Grandchildren; Carter Adlaf; Destiny Myles, and Liam Myles, all of Ontario. Many nieces and nephews. Marion was predeceased by her husband Norman; Brothers; Russell and Maxwell Snyder, Sisters Harriett and Verna Snyder, Maxine Nowe, Irene Emino, nieces Maryanne Saulnier and Joanne Snyder. Respecting Marion’s wishes there will not be a funeral at this time. There will be a time of fellowship on Monday September 23 from 7-9 pm at her brother’s Allan and Gail Snyder’s house, 65 Morton Road, Watford. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Memorial donations in Marion’s memory may be made to the Epworth United Church, New Germany, the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of one’s choice.
