Obituary of Franklyn Marcus Leary

Franklyn Marcus Leary 80, New Germany, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in New Germany, he was a son of the late Maxwell and Lena (Crouse) Leary. Surviving are his daughters, Pamela Leary, Digby; Sandra Hannam, Bridgewater; Ralph Leary, New Germany; sisters, Emily Ritchie, Stanley Section; Barbara Lohnes, Branch LaHave; brothers, Henry Leary and Ellison Leary, both of Simpsons Corner; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Betty Conrad, Rosilee Leary; brother, Rennie Leary. No visitation or funeral service by personal request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of South Shore Regional Hospital for their care and compassion during his stay in hospital, also Caroline Knickle for his care while at home.
