Obituary of Perry Robert Lohnes

Perry Robert Lohnes 87, Upper Northfield, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2013 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born, August 8, 1925 in Upper Northfield, he was a son of the late Pearlie and Alma (Silver) Lohnes. Surviving are his wife, M. Pauline (Whynot) Lohnes, Bridgewater; sons, Kenneth, Brian (Judy), all of Upper Northfield; Gregory (Bari-Christine Zinck), Lower Branch; grandchildren, Cory (Tammi Clark) Lohnes, Upper Northfield; Wendell (Anedra) Lohnes, Newcombville; Jammie Lohnes, AB; David Lohnes, Upper Northfield; great grandchildren, Luke, Newcombville; Tessa, Upper Northfield; Tarri, Upper Northfield; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Vera Salzman, Pearle Beals; brothers, Murray Lohnes; grandson, Neil Lohnes. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and where funeral service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday. Rev. Catharine House officiating. Private family burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Upper Northfield.
