Obituary of Viola Silver

Viola Grace Silver 93, of West Northfield, Lunenburg County, passed away October 9, 2001 in the Evergreen Home for Special Care, Kentville. Born in Meisner’s Section, she was the daughter of the late Sanford and Ada (Feindell) Deal. She is survived by son Laurie (Gloria), West Northfield; granddaughters, Ethel Butler, Joyce Silver Lavinge, Janette Collicutt; grandson David Silver; 5 great grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Sadie Oickle, Nellie Robar, Evelyn Deal, all of Meisner’s Section; Minnie Robar, Bridgewater. She was predeceased by her husband George, brothers Archie and Gordon. Visitation will be held Thursday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday in St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, West Northfield, Rev. Gloria McClure-Fraser officiating. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, West Northfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any charity.
