Obituary of Alice Juanita Silver

Alice Juanita Silver 74, of New Germany passed away on Wednesday November 27, 2013 in Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany. Born in Head of St. Margaret Bay, she was the daughter of the late George and Phyllis (Mason) Hurshman. Alice is survived by daughters Vicki (Grant) Jefferson, West Northfield; Nan (Paul) Ramey, Upper Northfield; son Peter (Avice) silver, Union Square; sisters Elizabeth (Church) Schofield, Dartmouth; Gladys (Des) Wagner, Meteghan; Wayne (Hope) Wagner, Kentville; grandchildren Sarah, Gillian, Brianna, Tyler, Asheley and Jake; great grandchildren Sadye and Charlotte along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Ivan; sister Donna in infancy; brothers George and Glenwood Wagner. Visitation will be held 7 to 9 P.M., Friday November 29 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 Highway 10 New Germany. Funeral service will be held 11 A.M. Saturday November 30 in Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Upper Northfield, and Rev. Catharine House officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Upper Northfield. Family flowers only, please.
