Obituary of Verna Marie Wamboldt

Verna Marie Wamboldt 83 of Petite Riviere, passed away Friday 30 August 2013 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. She was born in Petite Riviere and was the daughter of the late Byron and Gladys (Crouse) Wentzell. Verna is survived by her daughters Donna Wamboldt, Bridgewater; Barbara (Randall) Bolivar, Dayspring; Judy (Bill) Kelly, Antigonish; Sharon (George) Hilchie, Petite Riviere; Gale (Chris) Veinotte, Lake Mush Mush; son Philip (Michele), Petite Riviere; 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Elliott; sister Doreen Dagley; brothers Harold and Clifton Wentzell and granddaughter Ann-Marie Bolivar. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday 4 September in St. Michael’s Anglican Church, Petite Riviere, Rev. Oliver Osmond officiating. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Anglican Cemetery.
