Obituary of Barbara Ann Barrett

Barbara Ann Barrett 74, Blandford, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Saturday, February 08, 2014 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Halesowen, England, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Skipton (1955) and Barbara Ann (Betts) Skipton (2002). Artist, caregiver, lover and friend, Barbara will be remembered for her positive attitude and her love of life. Prior to retirement she was employed with CFB Greenwood until she retired, moving to the Aspotogan Penninsula, Blandford in 2003. She was the beloved wife of Edward (Ted) Barrett; mother to Sandy Halloran (Tim); Jim (Nancy) Halloran, Robert Halloran. She was predeceased by her son William (1974); brothers, Gary Skipton (1972), Michael (2005). According to Barbara’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service held at this time.
