Obituary of Gregory Richard Spencer Becks

Gregory Richard Spencer Becks 59, Lower Sackville, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014 in the Victoria General Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Halifax. Born in Derbyshire, England, he was a son of the late Richard and Eileen (Spencer) Becks. Surviving are his wife, Dianne (Bruhm) Becks; daughter, Chantelle Becks, Lower Sackville; sons, Corey (Jenna) Moore, Brandon Becks, both of Bridgewater; Kody Jefferson, Spencer Becks, both of Lower Sackville; Damien Becks, England; grandchildren, Archie Becks, England; Jorja Moore and Jordyn Moore, both of Lower Sackville; sisters, Valerie Becks, Portugal; Gillian Becks, England; several nieces and nephews. Visitation 7-9 p.m., Friday, March 7, 2014 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and where funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, March 8. Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Interment will take place 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 11 in Sunnyside Cemetery, Whynotts Settlement. Family flowers only, donations to the family.
