Muriel Genevieve Carver 77, Midville Branch, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2014 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Gold River, she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Marion (Snyder) Rhodenizer. Surviving are her husband, Edward David Carver; daughters, Maryann (Wilbur) Fogg, Cornwall; Rose (Paul) Slauenwhite, Bayport; Mona Bolivar (Michael Sheridan), Midville Branch; son, Danny Bolivar, Baker Settlement; grandchildren, Larry Wentzell, (Stephanie Arenburg), Midville Branch; Amanda Rafuse (Basil Whynot), Italy Cross; Jeremy (Alyssa) Pittman, Halifax; great grandchildren, Jessie, Jillian, Emma, Riley and Michael; sister, Mellie Hynick (John Selig), Wileville; half sisters, Patty (Donald) Mingo, Gold River; Linda Hatt (Vernon), Chester Basin; half brothers, Bobby Johnson (Ann Marie), Beech Hill; Clyde Johnson (Nancy), Gold River. She was predeceased by a daughter and son, both in infancy; half sister, Frances Lantz; brothers, David Kaizer, Kerry Kaizer, Kenneth Kaizer. Visitation 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2014 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, and where funeral service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday. Rev. Ben Coltvet officiating.
