Scott Raymond Hatt Age 67, originally from Marriott's Cove, Scott passed away quietly at the SSRH on November 21, 2014. Predeceased by parents Willis, Greta (Eisnor) Hatt and niece, Susan Schwartz (Hatt). Survived by brother, Doug Hatt, sisters, Joan Mader, Tina Collicutt and niece Carla (Jeff Zinck) Mader along with several other nieces and nephews. Scott was always an easy-going, fun loving person with a great sense of humor. He was a licensed mechanic and worked in the automotive industry all his adult life. He enjoyed playing pool with his father and brother in his earlier years. He lived in the Chester area all his life and due to complications from diabetes, had called Shoreham Village Home for Continuing Care his home for the past ten years. He was loved by all he met because of his gentle disposition and flirted with his caregivers whenever he had a chance, especially when it was chicken day. A huge thank you to all our extended family of nurses and personal care givers on 'B' wing for making Scott's time there much more bearable and please know that he thought very fondly of you all. A graveside service to be held at St. John's Anglican Cemetery, Borgald's Point Rd. on Friday, November 28, 2014 at 2:00pm. Rev. Dan Green officiating.
