Obituary of Brenda Ann Melong

Brenda Ann Melong 46, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 in Bridgewater. Born in Scarborough, Ont., she was a daughter of James Joseph Melong, Antigonish and Irma Irene (Zong) Melong, Bridgewater. Brenda was a graduate of Bridgewater High where she went on to be employed with Nauss Brothers Ltd. for 19 years; throughout this time she made many new friends including the Nauss family. She was currently working as a clerk for Pendleton Corner Store, Bridgewater. She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her daughter Tara. Surviving are her daughter, Tara Whynot, Bridgewater; sister, Denise Robar, Bridgewater; nephew, Kyle Robar; great niece, Malayah Robar; her partner, Robbie Lowe, Bridgewater and brother in law, Greg Robar, Bridgewater. No visitation at the funeral home by request. Service 2 p.m., Friday in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Burial at a later date.
