Obituary of Betty Wile

Betty Evangeline Wile 83, Of Bridgewater died Sunday December 2, 2007 in Harbour View Haven, Lunenburg, surrounded by her family. Born in Bridgewater, she was the daughter of the late William and Mable (Weagle) Zinck. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Bridgewater Branch No. 24 Ladies Auxiliary. Betty is survived by her daughters, Catherine (Gary) Wentzell, Auburndale; Louise (Richard) Penney, Dayspring; Jeanne (Randy) Mailman, Midville Branch; Nancy (Kerry) Swinimer, Bridgewater; sons Tommy (Ardith), Harold (Julie), Donnie (Karen) all of Bridgewater; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Also survived by sisters Mary Wile, Junie Zinck, Bridgewater; Patsy Robar, Dayspring; Linda McDonald, Riverview N.B.; brothers Bobby, Jimmy, John Zinck all of Bridgewater. She was predeceased by her husband Ralph in 1992; brothers Bill Jr., Mike and sister Barbara in infancy. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm at Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater and from where the Memorial service will be held Thursday 2 pm, Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Harbour View Haven Van Fund or the charity of choice.
