Obituary of William Albert Bolivar

William "Billy" Albert Bolivar Age 82, Dayspring, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2015 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater following a challenging illness. Born in Dayspring, he was a son of the late Walter Frederick and Marion Alice (Franklin) Bolivar. Surviving are his wife, Audrey Marie (Meisner); daughters, Dawn, Mississauga; Anne, Victoria; son, Bryan (Trish) Bolivar, Midhurst, Ont.; grandchildren, Parker (Katie Hamilton), Brittney (David McConkey), Fraser, Faith, Jasmine; his brother, Bruce, Dayspring; sister-in-law, Madeline Bolivar, Dayspring; Gloria (Linwood) Feindel, New Germany; Shirley Sperry, Enismore, Ont., nieces and nephews, David, Danny, Jane, Cheryl, Kim, Greg, Wendy, Debbie and Kathy. He was predeceased by a brother, Avard and nephew, Michael. Visitation for family and friends will take place from 7-9 p.m., Wednesday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, November 19 in Bridgewater Baptist Church, Glen Allan Drive Bridgewater with Rev. Dr. Brian MacArthur officiating. A reception will immediately follow the service in the church auditorium. Interment will then take place at 1 p.m. in Dayspring Cemetery, Dayspring, returning to his beloved community and cemetery he helped build. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater Baptist Church or charity of choice.
