Obituary of Barbara Rosaline Hooper

Barbara Rosaline Hooper Age 80 of Bridgewater, passed away Sunday March 22, 2015 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Garden Lots, Lunenburg County, she was a daughter of the late Loraine and Alice (Knickle) Knickle. Barbara is survived by her daughter Donna (Todd) Hubley, Bridgewater; sons Brian (Linda) Hooper, Auburndale; Michael Hooper, Halifax; sister Joanne (Ben) Wheeler and Audrey (Andy) Brake both of Lunenburg; brother Robert Knickle, Mahone Bay; grandchildren Jason, Kyle, Christopher (Tanya Zwicker) and Colin; great grandchildren Ethan and Helena along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Earl; sister Marguerite Peguette; brothers Clarence, Gerald, Watson, Hughie, Donald, Eugene, Loraine and Gary Knickle. Visitation will be held 7:00 to 9:00 P.M., Thursday March 26 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday March 27, in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, Pastor Burton Hooper officiating. A private family interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Flowers accepted and memorial donations may be made to the charity of choice. A reception will follow the service at St Paul's Lutheran Church Hall, Phoenix St, Bridgewater.
