Obituary of Keith Douglas Hovland

Keith Douglas Hovland Age 50, Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co., died Sunday, October 18, 2015 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater of a heart attack. He is lovingly remembered by parents, Rev. Norman and Eleanor (Basky) Hovland; sister, Kathy (Donald) Neily and their children, Mueni Mutinda, Katinda (Ben) Shearer, Cordell, Kaya and Miika Shearer, Isaac (Holly) Neily, Laura Neily and Garth Neily; his brother, Ken (Thi) Hovland and their children, Kristen and Kurt Hovland; and his cat, Smokey who will be lost without him. Keith was born on February 2, 1965 in Penticton, BC and lived across Canada with his family. Keith was a member of Bridgewater Baptist Church, Bridgewater where he sang in the choir and helped with the church caretaking. He has worked for the past ten years at Michelin Tires (Canada), Bridgewater plant. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, October 25 in Bridgewater Baptist Church, 564 Glen Allan Drive, Bridgewater. Rev. Dr. Brian MacArthur officiating. Visitation and reception will be held following the service in the church auditorium. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bridgewater Baptist Church building fund or SHAID Animal Shelter.
