Obituary of Marjorie Ruth Hubley

Marjorie Ruth Hubley April 17, 1924 – November 24, 2015 Marjorie Ruth Hubley passed away peacefully with a nurse by her side at 3:15 AM on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Ryan Hall in Bridgewater, N.S. Her two sons were with her to say goodbye during her short six days of illness. She was the widow of William Douglas Hubley who died September 20, 2005. Born April 17, 1924 in Bridgewater, NS, she was the daughter of the late Charles Lloyd Crouse and Lillian Ruth (Crouse) Crouse. She is survived by sons Kenneth Hubley (Françoise Garneau), Thorold, ON, Alan Hubley (Marilyn Fiander), Whitehorse, YT, grandsons Patrick Hubley (Sarah Pearce), Salt Lake City, Utah; Blair Hubley, Lone Butte, BC; granddaughter Dr. Joanne Hubley, St Catharines, ON; sisters Helen Brandal, Shirley Richards, several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Ernest and Michael, Bridgewater, NS. A private graveside ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 30, 2015 at the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater, Pastor Paul Jensen officiating.
