Obituary of Lillian Sadie Orchard

Lillian Sadie Orchard It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected, peaceful passing of our mother, Lillian Sadie Orchard, 86, of Bridgewater, on Saturday, August 15, 2015, in South Shore Regional Hospital. Born in Lunenburg, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Sadie (Snair) Berringer. Lillian is survived by her daughters Vicki (Brian) Snyder, Bridgewater; Peggy Theriault (Ken Forward), Bridgewater; sons Terry (Aldenia) Orchard, Ottawa; Michael Orchard, Yarmouth; sister Grace (Harry) Keats, Kitchener, Ontario; grandchildren Taylor, Dustin, Nigel, Joshua, Aaron, Thomas and Jared; great grandchildren Hayes and Freyja along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Russell; sisters Isabel, Lucille and Daisy; brothers Murray, Oswald and Harry. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. There will be no visitation by request. A private family interment will be held at a later date in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. No flowers by request and memorial donations may be made to, Margaret Hennigar Public Library-donate a book program, especially a large print book, Hillside Pines Nursing Home or charity of choice.
