Obituary of Glenda Margaret Ramey

Glenda Margaret Ramey Age 81 of New Germany passed away at home on Sunday May 31, 2015 . Born in Barss Corner, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Maude (Whynot) Morton. Glenda is survived by her daughters Marion (Lorraine) Aulenback, Cookville; Margaret (Barry) Slauenwhite, FoxPoint; Mildred Leary/Alex Wilson Simpson Corner; Marilyn Ramey/Jimmy Cameron, Halifax; Son Norman Ramey, New Germany; Sister Vera Fancy, Lower Northfield; 9 grandchildren; 17 Great grandchildren also nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Lamert Ramey, sister Beulah Lohnes, Hazel Lohnes and brother Basil Morton. Visitation will be held 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM Thursday June 4 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home 4895 Highway 10, New Germany. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday June 5 in Transfiguration Anglican Church, Newburne, Rev. Steve Kristenson officiating. Burial will follow in St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Newburne, Flowers accepted.
