Obituary of Jennie Gertrude Robar

Jennie Gertrude Robar Age 83, Whynott Settlement, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater, with the arm of her nephew Lorraine Woodworth around her. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Emma (Dorey) Ernst of Whynott Settlement. Her chief mourner is Lorraine Woodworth to whom she was a foster mother and who tenderly cared for her through her final illness. Also surviving are her sisters, Marion Ernst, Bridgewater; Marie Woodworth, Whynott Settlement; many other nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat Angel. She was predeceased by her husband Murray Robar, and her two brothers, Donald Ernst and Kenneth Ernst. Visitation 7-9 p.m., Thursday in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service 11 a.m., Friday, August 7, in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Bridgewater. Rev. Paul Jensen officiating. Interment will be in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater.
