Obituary of Helen Josephine Williams

Helen Josephine Williams (Embree) Age 83 of Bridgewater, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2015, at home with her daughter at her side. She was a daughter of the late Robert and Teresa (Ingram) Embree. She is survived by sister, Teresa Murphy; daughter, Carolyn Banfield; granddaughters, Elena Banfield, Erika Banfield Mosher, Hannah (Danny) Clifford, Emily Banfield; and cherished great grandchildren, Callum, Nigel, Nathaniel, Ava, and Owen. She was predeceased by her parents. Helen spent her adult life residing in Halifax working in finance and personnel, ending her career at Sears. She moved to the South Shore of Nova Scotia later in life to be close to her daughter and grandchildren who fondly referred to her as Nan W. In the hearts of those who loved her, she will always be there. By personal request, there will be no visitation, funeral service or burial. No flowers please, donations may be made to the Inter-church Food Bank or SHAID Animal Shelter.
