Obituary of Sylvia Margaret Jennings

Sylvia Margaret Jennings Age 87, of Dayspring, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Dayspring, she was the daughter of the late Capt. Moyle and Verna (Conrad) Randall. Sylvia is survived by her son, Gerald (Shirley) Jennings, Orleans, Ont.; grandchildren, Nicole (Tino) and Kristin; great-grandchildren, Devin and Keira; sister Joan Lohnes, Mass.; along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William Freeman Jennings and a sister, Marie. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. There will be no visitation by request. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 29 in Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, Middle LaHave, Bishop Stephen Kristenson officiating. A private family burial will follow the service in St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Upper LaHave. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to S.H.A.I.D. Animal Shelter.
