Obituary of Shirley Beatrice Laws

Shirley Beatrice Laws Age 82 of Bridgewater passed away Tuesday September 6, 2016 at her home in Marriott’s Cove. Born in Bridgewater, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Helen (Hanley) Lowe. Shirley is survived by her daughters Joanne (Gerard) Beaton, Halifax; Kim (Wyatt) Morash, Pine Grove; son Neil Laws, Eastern Passage; grandchildren Brandon (Emily) and Morgan Laws, Liam and Caelin Morash, Sam and Jacob Beaton; daughter in law Jackie Laws, Bedford along with close cousins who were like siblings to her and brothers and sisters in law. She was predeceased by her husband David Joseph and infant son David Arthur. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., Wednesday September 7 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday September 8 in the Bridgewater Baptist Church, Rev. Norman Hovland officiating, a private family burial will follow. Family flowers only, please.
