Obituary of Catherine Yvonne MacDonald

Catherine Yvonne MacDonald Age 80 of Bridgewater passed away on Wednesday October 19, 2016 in the QE2 Halifax infirmary. Born in Mill Village, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Elsie (Greek) Zwicker. Catherine is survived by her husband Harold; stepdaughters Joanne (Brian Thompson) MacDonald, Saint John NB; Lynn Marie Schurman, Hantsport NS; son Michael (Nancy) Ramey, Beamsville Ont.; stepsons Brian MacDonald, Quispamsis NB; Shawn MacDonald, Bridgewater; Richard MacDonald, Saint John NB; sisters Cynthia Trulove, Liverpool; Judy (William) Stevens, Port Midway; brothers Douglas (Sylvia) Zwicker and Donald Zwicker, both of Liverpool along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband John Sydney Ramey; daughter Cynthia Lynn Ramey and brother Harry Zwicker. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. There will be no visitation by request and a private family graveside service will be held in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater, Rev. Brian MacArthur officiating. No flowers by request.
